1.2 Engagetutors.com does not make any representation or act on behalf of neither tutors nor parents. Engagetutors.com publishes the information as posted by tutors and/or parents, and is not liable for verification of accuracy or correctness of any information posted. All visitors of Engagetutors.com are responsible to justify the suitability of their usage of the website.

1.3 Engagetutors.com reserves the right to revise any content of the website, as well as this terms and conditions whenever deemed necessary, and does need to request any consent from users. Such updates will take effect immediately as it is updated in this page.

2. INFORMATION AND EMAILS YOU SEND OR SUBMIT

2.1 You should ensure that information you send to us is accurate and you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from Engagetutors.com any material that is libellous, obscene, indecent, seditious, pornographic, menacing, threatening, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience, fraudulent, which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringes the rights of any third party, in Singapore or any other country in the world; which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data) or for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals.

2.2 Engagetutors.com accepts no responsibility or liability for the use by any agency, parents or other third party of any CV about you forwarded to any agency, parents or to any third party which comes to your attention directly or indirectly through your use of Engagetutors.com.

2.3 By using Engagetutors.com you consent monitoring and storing the information provided, which may include IP addresses of users, along with the contents of any email, with Engagetutors.com

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Engagetutors.com will collect 50% from requestors or parents upon confirmation should you be selected for any of the assignments posted at our web site. This 50% commission is considered as the first half-month tuition fees collected from parents. The 2nd half-month tuition fees will be paid directly by the requestors or parents to you after completion of the full one-month's lessons.

3.2 Should you cancel the job within the first one-month, you will not be paid. Should the parents cancel the job within the first month, you will be paid for 50% of the numbers of lesson attended. After the first month, you can discussed any further conditions with parents directly.

4. TERMINATION OF USERS

4.1 You agree that Engagetutors.com has the right in its sole discretion and without notice to restrict, suspend, or terminate your Account and/or your access to all or any part of the Site or Services, without assigning any reason.

5. LIABILITY

5.1 Engagetutors.com excludes all liability it may have to you to the fullest extent permitted by law as a result of your use Engagetutors.com or your accepting of a tuition assignment obtained directly or indirectly through this Engagetutors.com.

6. DISCLAIMER

6.1 While Engagetutors.com endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is correct, Engagetutors.com does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on its website.

6.2 Your use of this site is at your discretion. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Engagetutors.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
